reporting a problem
When reporting faults please answer the following questions, we need this information to sort the problem out quicker.
- login name of the user affected
- this form completed by
- which machine or machines are affected
- when did the problem occur - date & time
- which program was being used - note the finder is a program
- which other programs (if any) were also running
- has the machine been restarted
- can the problem be recreated - does it still happen
- what are the symptoms of the problem
