flaking print problem

There is a bug in the software used in our Xerox 7300 colour laser printers. This results in the toner not sticking properly to the paper and flaking off. This is most noticable on large areas of solid black.

To workaround this fault specify the paper type as "Special" in the print dialog box as in the picure below.
