Network Folders - 3GB Limit of Storage Space

Due to limited space on the server we have now enforced a limit of 3GB of storage space on your network folder.

If you have reached your quota and you try to save files to your network folder you will get a 'disk full' message. If you receive this message you will need to move or delete work from the network folder.

I have deleted work from the network folder but I am still getting the 'disk full' message?
If you delete work from your folder you will need to empty the trash before trying to save more work into the folder.

I have deleted work from the network documents folder and emptied the trash but I am still getting the 'disk full' message?
Look in the network folder - you probably have other work saved in this folder -outside of the documents folder. Move or delete this (remembering to empty the trash) and try again.

Note: If you move files to the local documents folder they will be deleted 30 days after the last time the file was modified therefore any files you move that were modified more than 30 days before will be deleted as soon as you log out of the computer. To avoid this create a new folder (giving it a suitable name)in the local documents folder and place your work in this. This will give you 30 days from the date of creation of the folder before the files are deleted. Please ensure you copy your work to zip or burn to CD before the time limit is up.
