Getting your files with FTP or SFTP

You can transfer files to or from your account using FTP or SFTP which is the secure version of FTP

You can get to your files with any standard FTP client from any Internet connected computer. There are lots of FTP and SFTP clients available to download, many are free to use. I would recomend the use of SFTP with Filezilla which is free, alternativly use any search engine (e.g. Google.com) to find alternatives.

If you are having trouble connecting with your FTP client make sure you are not set up to use passive transfers.
